INTERVIEWS

Interviews with Sean Matthew Whiteford, Creator of
I WAS A TEENAGE SHE-DEVIL

“I will often hear ‘it’s kind of like Carrie meets Heathers’, but my current favorite audience response is it was like experiencing an 80s fever dream!”

“I’m beyond excited to be transferring to London with this tremendous team. I WAS A TEENAGE SHE-DEVIL is, at the surface, a hilarious 80s horror rock show in the spirit of the films and music I’ve adored my whole life.

"The heart of the show is sincere; the outrageousness is just the world it lives in!"

A Young(ish) Perspective

"It’s a feel-good, high energy experience – a mix of being at an incredible party, a high-octane rock concert and watching the best 80s B-movie brought to life on stage. You’ll laugh, you’ll cheer, you might even cry – it’s a lot!"
